Ethiops - You lost me - totally. I assume you realize that I was a Las Vegas Taxi Driver for a while, up until Feb 2009, and that I have a blog at blog.vegastaxidriver.com. As far as being red neck, I don't think there are any red neck groups in America interested in being associated with me. Maybe it is because I have criticized Obama that you think I am a red neck or racist or something, but I criticized G.W. Bush just as much (if not more) as Obama. I am an independent and not a Republican or Democrat.

As far as the situation between Las Vegas cab drivers and the cab companies, I think I covered that quite thoroughly in my other blog, and your comments seem to be in agreement with me. I have put the taxi driver issues in Las Vegas away this year, as I ave better things to think about, but I may take your suggestion and do some more blogging on blog.vegastaxidriver.com.

I have been following your red neck blogs since a year now. You do not make a sense at all.

Las Vegas now is becoming anti taxi drivers. Drivers are getting harrassed and victimized by their employers, taxi cab authority and low graded door men and guards for nothing. The only legitimate stopping I can accept is only metro police and Marshals which are always stop any one only on offense.

Since I start following your blog yoy are completely ditached from drivers world and yoy have nothing to say about drivers.

A lots of drivers are also known in overhaluing passenges and bringing dirty moneyt to compnies. Dirty money addicted companies are victimizing many proffessional drivers. Companies are firing and destroying many seneior drivers credential. What a lunatic city which pushes honest people to be thieves and liers. What a country with lots of bigotry and ass holes.

As a driver you should have shared the truth about drivers and bloged about it to show world how drivers are suffering every day. This city is not city of hope for American dream it is city which kills your dreams. Especially now companies like lucky cab, desert, Nellis are becoming the worst of all and all others are as bad they are.

In 8 days, it will be two years since my stroke. I am thankful that, as far as most people can tell, I am normal. I miss my quick remarks, which I used to make, but now I hold back on, because I have to speak carefully, or words may come out in the wrong order. But if I am concentrating and talking at a normal speed, people cannot tell that I have aphasia. It is not so easy for some other people who I have met that have aphasia.

I remember calling my dad about 48 hours after my stroke, and he could not tell who was calling and could not understand what I was trying to say. I had written a couple of notes down before I called. I still have that paper. The letters are hard to read. I wrote down "stoke". My mom heard my dad and figured out what was wrong. That was a very helpless feeling.

Many things I do not understand. Lots of people have worse lives than I have had, and many people have had better lives that are better than mine. One day at a time.

Wow, how simplistic. Basically God does all the good things like make flowers and rainbows and puppies and babies. The devil does all the bad things in the world. So who "created" the devil? Who allows him to exist? Who has the power to change "bad things" but does not? You're right, it must have been a very nice being to create people and give them the free-will to do bad things to each other and themselves. Yes, it *is* funny.
